Default Creeping

While trying to creep along in my 2005 precedent, the engine is right on the edge of running and stopping. Is there anyway to set idle to allow for creeping.

Hey Carl... Here's a thread to get your Precedent to idle!
(the first 3 lines should do it for you, unless you want to go with key start)

http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-c...key-start.html

Attached is the Illustrated Parts List for your cart... I don't have a Service manual for it!

Hope this helps!

Thanks, that is just what I needed. I'll put a creep switch on my cart now. That way I can switch it to creep mode when I'm just riding around looking for golf balls, or critters. Then normal when playing golf.

Golf balls, and critters are fine...
just don't peek in windows... THAT would be "creepy"!

It's lifted high enough to peek.

No... Precedents, and DS's are 2 different animals when it comes to the wiring...
But, this one should help you!

Up date, got my creep switch installed this morning. Cut the white/ black wire, ran to switch under dash. I can turn it off with my foot if I want to. Makes the cart a lot better when you want to creep along slow. The idle was just fine the way it was all I did was put the switch in the circurit of the white/black wire.
