Ok so after taking it for a spin this morning here are the latest numbers. When I unplugged this morning it was at 38.2 so fully charged. When I hard accelerated it dipped to 30.9 and now that I am back in the garage just sitting it is sitting at 37.3 and that was only after going about 500 yards and back. Any thoughts?

Re: Ezgo PDS with lift issues
Battery voltage numbers are low - some exchange warranty is 12 months and pro-rated to 18 months, depends upon the dealer.
Do the same voltage tests for each battery. |

By doing that you mean take the cables off and check each battery with meter? What should reading be?

Pulled all cables off and ran a meter on each battery. All had 6.2 volts with the exception of one which had 6.19

Re: Ezgo PDS with lift issues
Put the cables back on, check your readings, note they are the same as with the cables off
Attach the meter to one battery and watch for the lowest reading under hard acceleration, write that number down and test the next battery. Post under load #s for each battery here. |
