Will other model parts fit an Ezgo Marathon

I am doing a restore on an 89 Marathon. It I am in need of a bag well liner and front cowl. Does anyone know if the parts for any other model will fit on my cart.

I'd prefer a cowl that will accept head lights. I see headlight cowl for the Medalist but not the marathon. Will Metalist parts work on a Marathon.

I also want to put head/tail lights. Any suggestions? Would prefer LED.

Any other cool looking recommendations also appreciated.

Late marathons had a short metal cowl with a bolt on front clip that accepted headlights. Lots of work to swap over...

My next question.....will the cowl that has the headlight cutouts accept anything other than the old looking square headlights? Also, with a rear seat assembly on, where is a good place to mount tail lights? I have seen one that mounts onto the back of the canopy but would rather put them on the body somewhere. IMO if I mount them at the top part of the fender you won't be able to seem them bc of the rear seat.

Any suggestions for front and rear lights? Prefer LED.

I think you have to use that square style headlight. Not sure about what tail lights you need. Just have to get creative in the back. I have used those strip LED before with the 3m tape and stuck them to the seat frame.

mgray70, thanks for the info. How did the strip light work? MadJax makes one that I was looking at. They also have a front LED headlight that comes in a kit. Any thoughts?

Update on my 89 Marathon. Jakes 4" drop Lift kit is on and paint is started. I'm using the Rustoleum aerosol and at first it looked like crap. Then I wet sanded with #220 and painted again. It looked 100% better. So with the other panels I wet sanded the black primer with #600 first. Looks pretty good in comparison. I'll post pics later.
