Wow Paul, You did an awesome job. Refurbishing this old cart. Your commitment to doing it right with all new wire harnesses from Ezgo has paid off. It is beautiful and as good as new(ha ha better than new)
Hope to get some performance stats once the motor has had a chance to run in.

I read the instruction about break-in. The first time out I drove 10 minutes, stoped and checked the motor by touch. It was to hot to hold my hand on the end of the motor for the count of five, so sat and waited for it to cool down. Drove home and checked again and it was to hot to hold my hand on for the count of five. Second time out with it, stopped after five minutes and to hot to hold my hand on the end of the motor. I'm not familiar with electric motors and how hot is normal. looks like I better get that temp gauge you suggested.
Anyway last night I ran it up to full throttle, monitor shows 97% throttle
27mph using my cell phone app. Tires are 215/40 12. 18.5" tall. The cart will do all I expect it to do.

27mph - that's not too shabby.
I am a believer in temperature monitoring.
