I have a 2006 eletric will run but slow has new battires was running find just started acting up any help ?

Yes that's in the run mode it will go just slow

It may be a bad speed sensor or damaged speed sensor wire between the motor and controller.
Or if it is going 5mph consistently the controller may be in safety mode. A stuck or welded solenoid is often the cause of this.
