Air box help?

So I have a 2007 Precedent that we finally got running again, only to find out the choke lever has been broken and was glued back together (ugh). I need to replace the box where you choke the thing, but it's looking like you can't buy just that box and you have the buy the whole thing. Anybody have any ideas about this and if I do have to replace the whole thing, where i can get one for less than $200? At this point, I'm trying to get it running good so I can sell it and buy a new one. I've circled the culprit.
