Battery Overfill Question
I purchased a new to me 2Five a few weeks ago. The seller stated he had filled the batteries before I got there and I honestly have been so busy, I didn't look at levels until this weekend. All were extremely overfilled. Using a medicine syringe, I removed enough liquid to get them down to the level they should be (nearly 20 ounces taken out of each battery). My question is should I remove more and add acid to make up for the dilution? The batteries are May 2018 manufacture Trojans, so I want to make sure they are not harmed and I can get the best life out of them. It's 4-12V's. I did a quick search, but didn't find anything directly related to my problem. Thanks in advance for any help. John
