Sergio, I use to work with Electrical Engineers and your knowledge and answers remind me of a lot of them.

Are you or did you work as an Electrical Engineer?

PJay.

How can that be? What I mean to say is, "what would cause forward and reverse at the same time, bad controller"?

And, you know me by now, do you mean to drive it with the laptop hooked up??

Pjay, I believe when you and I were setting it up we made it a 4 pole. That was consistent with the other high speed motors (Adm, PQ, etc.) but that definitely is an 8 pole so just go back in the Tool kit and change it and that will put you back to full speed. Be sure the hit the Set/Save button before leaving or closing out the program.

Call me if you have any issues.

It's over!! Change the program to 8 poles and tested it today.

All 3 key positions work. Jerking is gone with new MCOR. Top speed is 26 mph.

Top speed is just right for me. Slow speed is 8mph for the grand kids.

It's been a long haul since I started this project but I learned a lot from this site. Shout out to Sergio, Nole Fan For Ever, and Scotty B.

Mistakes along the way cost me some money, but live and learn.

Thanks again. PJay.
