2006 Precedent Brake Pedal Shuddering
Was given a pretty well used lifted 2006 Precedent. Finally got it running but when I brake there is a lot of feedback coming through the brake pedal. Was thinking it may be axle wrap. Tried going down hill over and over and braking trying to maybe get the drums back to round since it had been parked for a couple years. Any idea on which route to take?

If it was sitting for that long you probably have a ton of rust inside the drums and they’ll probably need to be replaced.

Re: 2006 Precedent Brake Pedal Shuddering
I'm going to pull it apart in the next day or so and check on the drums and pads. I've found a sticky about the cable being too short because of lift and an easy fix by buying a new passenger cable and replacing it for the shorter drivers. Even better fix solution is to take of both brakes, switch sides, and turn em upside down. It takes some other modding but I'm a little concerned because I still have the original single leaf rear...

You no longer need to buy a passenger cable. Club Car has now released a cable specifically for this application. It's only slightly longer than the factory driver's side cable, where the passenger side cable is going to be way too long.

Hello good sir, what is the part number for the slightly longer driver side brake cable for the Club Car Precedent?

Thanks. Just placed my order. Hopefully the brake pedal feedback will improve.
