Re: MCOR/Alltrax Issues HELP!!!
Absolutely. That is extremely rare, but if it is a new CC part, it will be covered by warranty.

Re: MCOR/Alltrax Issues HELP!!!
It may not be anything wrong, the MCOR was never a 0-5K or 5k-0 device.
While the MCOR 4 range does go lower than the old MCOR 2 & 3, none of them gets close to 0Ω. The actual ohm reading from the MCOR pins would indicate if it is within specs. You may also be able to use the throttle curve in the Alltrax Controller to correct the problem by setting the 60% input as 100% output. |

Not with the axe series. It does have a throttle setting that is “Club Car 5000-0k ohms” but it does not work with this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: MCOR/Alltrax Issues HELP!!!
Finally figured it out- the purple wire on the MCOR needs to connect to the main pack negative in order to generate the signal needed, and even then I have to select “Club Car 5k-0” as the throttle type in the software. Now the problem is mechanical limitation. It gets to 80% throttle when mounted in the cart but if we take it out and move it manually it gets to 100%. Will have to figure that one out.

Re: MCOR/Alltrax Issues HELP!!!
That is correct for a 3-wire setup, Alltrax has always been confusing when it comes to Club Car throttles as the 3-wire setup is a "voltage divider" signal and not a 5k-0Ω (which is a 2-wire throttle).
The old DS pedal group was prone to the issue You are seeing, a piece of fuel hose or a ziptie should bring the travel back to 100% signal. You can see the fuel hose in these post: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ml#post1261051 |

Re: MCOR/Alltrax Issues HELP!!!
We did that. Think we have to put some grooves in the plate on the accelerator assembly and maybe tack weld it in the right place.
