Default Help with club car please

So seems like it ran out of gas an stalled out. Looked at fuel filter and it was bone dry. So first thing I replaced was the fuel pump and it ran good for the first few rips around the block but then stalled again. Fuel filter has fuel and is new as well. What should I try next? This is a 2008 precedent.

Yes I’m assuming she has spark because it turns over when on the gas pedal but doesn’t start moving. If I let it sit or shake the gas tank a little it sometimes starts and goes again.

Just because it turns over does not mean it is getting spark (firing).

Did you use a cheap $10 fuel pump from amazon/ebay or an OEM Mikuni fuel pump?

You can get a Mikuni on amazon for Briggs and Stratton that is a good quality pump for around $25. But the cheap $8-12 ones I've had several that would last 5-30 minutes and quit working.

Pull the fuel line off the carb, stick it in a jar and turn the motor over. Should have a healthy amount of gas squirting out

I'd bet that cheap fuel pump comes back to bite you.

Search amazon for mikuni fuel pump, theres one for about $25 that is exactly like the club car one but has a briggs emblem tooled into the plastic. That pump works great, I've used several of them and never had a problem.

The cheap ones I've used several and never had one work for more than a week.
