2005 carryall cafe express fe350 turns over sometimes also looking for cheap lift kit

2005 express cafe with the coffee shop removed
Fe350 motor
New brushes
New solenoid
New battery - 675 cranking amps
New starter belt
New plug
New air filter
New carb, fuel pump and filter
Fresh oil change with full synthetic and filter

At times it will struggle to turn over to start. I can tap the pedal a bunch of times and sometimes it will go ahead or I can roll it forward or backwards just a little and it will start right up.

Starter belt is tight enough to twist with 2 fingers about 25% which I had read in a lot of places to try. Almost like it has too much compression to turn at times.

At this point I am lost on what else to do.

Oil sensor disconnected and taped off because it turns on the oil light at times and kills spark, then smokes afterwards for a minute. Doesn't smoke with it unplugged. Probably irrelevant, but since I don't know, I am including it.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Update, starter quit trying at all now. 12v one post, 5.5v other post, ground is good. Ordered a new one. Guess i will remove my new brushes for when I need them down the road.

New starter installed, no more problems. Backfires at times tho.

I have a 05' Precedent and my oil light will come on at times but does not kill spark. I think you could have something else going on there.

I bypassed the oil sensor since it was faulty and it killed spark constantly.
