2011 precedent troubleshooting

I recently bought a 2011 precedent to fix up charged the batteries fully tested the motor with a 12v battery the driver side turned good passenger side acted like the brakes were dragging solenoid clicks but my question is when I turn on the run/tow switch the back up alarm stays on constantly and the cart won’t move I even unplugged power to the f&r switch and the alarm still stays on can anybody give me any advice on what to look at next possible bad controller? The was a few wires that I had to redo the connection on but they all seem to be good now thanks in advance
