Wiring question
Just got a 2018 Drive 2 . I’d like to hook up a voltmeter. Is there an easy tap point behind the dash where I can get full pack voltage? Or is it better just to run direct to the battery pack. Thx in advance.

Re: Wiring question
Best results you'll get direct from the source ( batt. pack ).

Re: Wiring question
Yamaha grabs it from the red/yellow wire on the key switch. This is an easy tap.
You can get it directly from the battery pack if you want but the meter will always be on unless you have have an activation lead going to either the tow/run switch or the key switch. |

Re: Wiring question
I went directly to the pack. My voltmeter actually has an on/off switch. I can’t imagine it would draw a lot if left on though. Thx for the info.
