Bad Charging Cable- 1995 Precendent
I have a 1995 Club Car Precedent-48 Volt. I am pretty sure a cable that goes from the charging port to the battery is burned out and preventing the cart from charging. Can I replace the cord or just the entire charging port? Is this very difficult to do?

Re: Bad Charging Cable- 1995 Precendent
There was no Precedent model n 1995. Either its a DS model, or did you mean its a 2005?
It's common for the charging receptacle to have issues on an older cart. It's a wear item, subject to corrosion, eventually it will go bad. Difficulty is on the low scale. Easy to do with basic hand tools. Details depend on exactly what kind of cart you have. |
