Default Shuts off when on slight incline

I replaced everything in My 36v two years, brand new batteries, new controller and solenoid. Never really used it. Maybe put an hour on it tops?
Now when it’s on a slight incline it doesn’t move at all. Acts like it’s completely dead. But if I give it a little bit of a push and get it to even ground it’ll ride fine.
Controller or solenoid?

Batteries? Lead acid batteries do not like to be ignored. Put a voltmeter on the pack and see what the voltage dropd to when the cart tries but cannot go. Get a Live reading and let us know what it is.

I don’t think it’s the batteries. I’ve always kept them charged, always checked the water level.

Even if you don't think its the batteries it does not hurt to get the information scotty is looking for. Can help rule out other things as well.

Load test those batteries. That is almost always the cause of this kind of problem - especially if the cart has not been used lately.

Well let me give you guys some more info,
It was stored outside, during the winter I put it on the deck to protect it. By doing so I had to drive it up a stair case (it’s lifted) it went in fine.

How often did you charge it while it was stored? How cold did it get?

Exactly the reason they are asking you to check the batteries first!
There are alot of knowledgeable people on this site that are willing to share their respective knowledge. They will try and find the easiest/cheapest answer to a problem vs throwing a ton of money at the issue only to find out it was a simple fix.
