Bent spindles?
Guys, can anyone confirm that the spindles on EZ-GO's are at a 45 degree angle straight? Looks like mine are bent down and because of that my camber is WAY OFF.

Re: Bent spindles?
The second pic is an illusion. The spindle is 'dropped' but the axles, they are straight. I have never seen anything but straight & level axles. Post some pics of your problem?

Re: Bent spindles?
Scott is right the spindle will always be 90' from the kingpin. the second pic is of the lifted spindles. they also move the spindles forward. so in the pic they are laying over because they are not straight up and down.

Re: Bent spindles?
On the quarter midget cars we raced the stub axle was NOT 90 deg to the kin pin because the kin pin was mounted to the axle at an angle. If the king pin is at 90 deg to the kingpin and the kingpin is mounted 90 deg to the axle you wouldn't get any castor when turning.

The second link was a drop spindle lift kit What are you needing? Some ST spindles with the built in risers? |

Re: Bent spindles?
From the looks of everything else, I say you have a home made front lift? The isn't the factory angle on the spindle, but it also doesn't look to be bent?
How about a pic of the entire front end? |
