Default Crazy G1 coil issue, any idea!

I have a G1 that came with a camper i bought. Long story short i went through 2 coils, and think im about to lose the third one. After the second one died, i figured the voltage regulator was the prob and replaced it too. The third one starting cutting in and out and i was stumped. Then i found that the trigger wire broke in the insulation right past where its soldered to the tad on the coil. Kinda made me wounder if the other two were the same prob lol. I cut the wire and resoldered it. Same thing happened again. I cut the wire and crimped a blade connector on and pushed it on the tab, same thing happened again, the wire broke past the plastic on the connector. This happened twice too! What on earth word cause this, vibration? There is no tension at all on it, that was the first thing i looked for. Can i put some after market, or car coil on it for better spark? if so, what do i get or use? thanks for the help as always guys! sorry so long!!

I have been told there should be a resistor in the wiring somewhere so that the coil does not see 12 volts. Is that true? i dont see one on my cart and did find one on ebay. If it is supposed to be wired in somewhere, where does it go? Im woundering if it was taken off at some point in time. Ant G1 guys, pics would be great, thanks again to everyone that helps here.

I would have to guess no. Bought one local at a golf cart parts place, and the one thats on the cart now is off web. Both paid around $50 each.
