What's the best converter option for my 2008 ezgo

I have a 2008 EZGO 36v cart. I have a 50 watt stereo(plan on adding a 100-200 watt amp), Head and Tail/Brake lights, L.E.D. Lighting and Neon lights. I am currently just using the power from two of the 6volt batteries for power. I am also currently using 2 other batteries to power a 110 inverter for my Christmas Lights. I know this is not good long term and I use my cart daily, mostly at night. I understand I need a 36v to 12v converter. I am just looking for advice on where to find a good deal on a quality converter and suggestions on which converter would be best for my needs.
