Re: k&n for marathon?
I found the thread its very descriptive. I found out that the inlet is 64mm or 2 1/2"s. So can I just bolt a 64mm filter on to the carb or do I have to get the intake tube? I think im gonna try the spectre filter like in that thread instead of the k&n. Theyre re usable and cheaper.

Re: k&n for marathon?
sorry took so long, and not sure this will help..i still have the original duct, but i see now i did use a threaded pvc piece and a alum sleeve i made to get to the right size..you can see the clamp there too and that reminded me i have a self tapper screw that holds the bottom to the original part..
i did remove it to drill it, then put it back btw,my long travel just had its first ride and what a mayjor difference in front ride qaulity..i love it! wide open everywhere now |

Re: k&n for marathon?
They all look great! ! Lots of different options. All these nice clean engine bays are making me jealous. My cart stil has all the dirty foam all over it! I will improve the looks if I can get it running right.....big IF!
