Front hub ID help.
Broke a front hub installing a new race, and found a used one that fit the bill.
Finally got around to installing it, and found there's a little more to hub selection than I originally thought. What part # should I be looking for? I thought I had a '94ish 4 stroke, but maybe the front and rear didnt match up on this one. The nasty looking one is the part I need replaced. Anybody got one used? |

Re: Front hub ID help.
my 85 had the taller hub on the right also..when i got a jakes 01 and up long travel i had to get the shorter hubs to use it..
the longer hub is the old style i belive..when you ordered it did you tell them 94? or did you get it somewhere else? the short hub may be used on 94 and up also..and maybe they got confused as thats the transition yr i think |

There is a long and a short axle..... you are showing a good example of a hub for each

Looking back over things; this looks like the part puller may have picked the wrong one.
I ordered a 19932G1 , and judging by the pics that come up on a google search, that is not what was sent. |

They'll be sending another hub out soon. It is amazing the abuse I dish out on this cart; and 2 whacks too many on one side of a bearing race crack the hub. This cart is currently rated for 12 pack, and has nearly completed its whiskey certification. Next up is clearing it for a moonshine rating certificate. |
