yamaha G19E troubleshooting
Are their any available troubleshooting guides for my G19 electrical system. I have New batteries, new solenoid, checked all connections, looks as if switches are going in and out, when I switch from TOW to RUN every other time there is a continuous back up beeper sound and it fades out when turned back off???

Re: yamaha G19E troubleshooting
Yep, the real factory service manual is a great investment for a cart you plan on working on yourself. Sounds like a bad controller to me tho (fading away reverse beeper is a very bad sign).

Re: yamaha G19E troubleshooting
Thanks for the insight, looking at a rebuilt controller from I think it is FSIP or something like that, have link saved, spent a few hours going through all the connections and the symptoms keep changing, very frustrating, ignition, back up beeper, switches and motor all work independently, now when I manually turn speed sensor at the throttle box, I just get a low HUMMMM from motor, but it still does not go?
