Where is everyone mounting their fuse block? My cart is 2008.5, 4 x12V batteries (not much room in there)!!

I just hooked up my voltage reducer with fuse block from Scotty B, and for whatever reason my LED head and tail lights won’t turn on. Any suggestions/thoughts?
