Default Oil Leak

Hi I am new here and have an oil leak, it has been getting worse and worse so I took the hose washed the area off.

Looks like someone has put silicone on the engine along the crankcase gasket but looks to me like its coming out this hole.

Is there supposed to be a bolt or plug in it?

If so anyone know the thread size or bolt size etc. so I can pick one up...

Its a 2000 club car...

Welcome,
I dont have my cart in front of me right now but I took some pic's of when I rebuilt my engine and there was not a bolt there. If I remember right that was a dowel to help line up the case cover.
