![]() ive been doing a 99 regen rebuild and i installed a new 500amp controller, hd solenoid (from scotty), and just got my bandit back from PQ today. I put it in reverse the buzzer sounds and it BARELY slugs forward and when i put it in forward it moves pretty fast backwards. what did i do wrong? i could have sworn i wired it right. which wires control this action specificly? i REALLY would like to get this thing moving correctly. PLEASE HELP!

![]() ok now im moving in the right direction but i have NO POWER up hill whatsoever. reverse is pretty sluggish too. i move pretty steady on flat ground. i also noticed the charger was still running this morning when i got up. the batteries are brand new. they sat upplugged for the last couple of weeks while i was doing the rebuild.
