![]() I want to clean my carb real good. What is all involved? Can I do it myself? I mean I don't want to be taking a bunch of stuff off and it turn into an all week thing. Any Help. Thanx

![]() It is actually really easy, for my 95 workhorse with the 350 robins I just take the airbox off disconnect the fuel hose, choke cable and throttle (bar?). Pull off the carb take of the bowl and drop it all in the carb cleaning fluid wait 15-20 min and blow it out with the compressor and put it all back together. First time it took about 45 min b/c I labeled everything, now it takes about 17 min. Just don't drop any parts and spend hours looking for them
![]() And I am not mechanically inclined, I don't even have shoes with laces in them. too dificult to untie the knots ![]() |
