Default need help identifing my new ezgo?

i bought this cart today and i have no idea what i have. can someone help. the motor has a knock and i need to rebuild so any and all info would be greatly apreciated!. the numbers in the glove box area is as follows
serial number is 850198 and there is a manue code 21p94. i do know its a 4 stroke gas motor but have no idea what size. i dont even know the name of the cart? it does say freedom hp

nice, The Metalist should have a 295 engine and the hp part (I guess it means high performance) means it should have factory high speed gears in it. so it should go a little faster than most carts, not by a whole lot mind you.

anybody know were i can buy an afordable rebuild kit? for the robin 295? and is there anything that can be done while i have it apart to soup it up a little? and were the heck is the oil dip stick? cant find it?

I think mike of mikesmotortoys has a great deal on those kits, if your engine is knocking your going to need at least one rod, maybe both. The dip stick is normally in the tube coming up from the case, where's yours?

You must of got one of those engines that has the bolt you remove from the side of the case, just fill it up till oil runs out the side.

look in the engine rebuild manual in the tech section, it has or had a tube for the dip stick, the only thing I can tell from that pic is it really needs washed and I don't see a dip stick.
