I take the statement as he has a fuse block. It brings in a positive wire and has multiple outgoing ports, each with a fuse. I'd assume the Amazon link was for a 4 or 6 output fuse block. Here is an example:
Amazon.com: OLS PSZACCEPS051H 6-Way LED Illuminated Blade Fuse Box with Cover: Automotive Amazon.com: OLS PSZACCEPS051H 6-Way LED Illuminated Blade Fuse Box with Cover: Automotive

Kinda a rough picture. Need to take it outdoor another time and shoot from a distance.

I wired up 9 strips. 2 are on the back facing out for visibility in the back without putting on the mega flood light. The lights are great for not blinding you when your eyes are already adjusted to the darkness

so you guys just run a 12v converter to this and then run all your lights or accessories with switches off of this panel? im assuming red on top and black on bottom and then each red for each light goes into the fused portion and the black on the top three screws?

question for ya, ive heard of guys wiring this to their cart.

Amazon.com: SUPERNIGHT (TM) 16.4ft 5M Waterproof Flexible 300leds Color Changing RGB SMD5050 LED Light Strip Kit RGB 5M +24Key Remote+12V Power Supply: Home Improvement Amazon.com: SUPERNIGHT (TM) 16.4ft 5M Waterproof Flexible 300leds Color Changing RGB SMD5050 LED Light Strip Kit RGB 5M +24Key Remote+12V Power Supply: Home Improvement

how would you power it since it comes with a 12v power supply, just cut the cable and splice it into the fuse box?

Well it comes with an ac/dc adapter that you may not need and be able to wire the line to the +/ - . But I would start a thread and ask that question. I've seen a thread or two about guys using lights like these. I'm sure they would know.
Regarding the fuse block.....when you get one you'll see it's really laid out well. Sounds like you have it right. You'll see it is really simple when you get your hands on it.

You can find adapters and such on Amazon for these.
