Default Factory brake lights

My brake pedal switch was acting up. I removed the pedal and the springs in the pedal are shot. Anyone know of a replacement for the pedal. Really don't want to buy the whole brake assembly. 20160516_181431.jpg

There is this: https://shop.ezgo.com/products/Hardw...th-Lights.html

Check site sponsors also. Might have to call them. They don't necessarily list everything they sell on the web.

Did you get this repaired? My brake lights don't work and I've noticed that the pedal pad is collapsed against the metal plate. I assume it's supposed to move up and down to activate the switch beneath it.

Is drilling out the rivets the only way to service the pedal?

Yeah I drilled out the rivets. It's the only way to fix the conical springs if they are broken. I purchased from a site sponsor. Not a hard fix.

ezgo also offers a rebuild kit, with the rivets, springs, and rubber well-nuts & screws.
