Default Ezgo Western questions

I ended up buying this ezgo western and wanted to know some info on it. I have tried looking up the serial number on the ezgo site and cannot find anything. I am also wondering if there is any rear seats that will work on this model. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Serial Number stamped under front seat is 40014112

Is that a scorecard on the steering wheel? That thing looks fresh off the course from 1985!

What is it? Is a western a rebranded ezgo? Are they upgraded over standard ezgo? Why would someone bug a western instead of ezgo then?...must be upgrades?
