Hey everyone who has a club car. Where did you mount your converter. I have zero room in the battery box. I'm planning on mounting it in the back of the dash area. I have thought about using bolts as spacers to keep it off the plastic directly as stated by their web site they do get "warm".

I have no where else to Mount it to flat metal.

To be honest I tossed mine in the middle dash cubby and fastened it with either double stick foam tape or Velcro... With all the heat sink fins on the cover I never gave it a 2nd thought...

There is a plate underneath that's part of the shock tower that has 4 pre drilled holes in it for the stock reducer for your headlights etc. it's easy, close and out of the way. The stock one is a rectangle that's silver Verticle and between the plate and the angled floorboard / foot rest

Thank you everyone i appreciate the input which definitely helped me complete my install this weekend. The stereo install turned out great. i used a carbon fiber design plastic dash which held the Kenwood head unit and 6.5" Kicker LED speakers. sounds great and the im thinking of adding two more kicker 8" LED speaker on the rear mid deck between the seats.

Again thank you all for your advise, here are the photos:

Antenna is concealed in the dash:

30a MafJax converter mounted on lifted spacers to help aleviate heat on the plastic:

Madjax suggested 16 gauge so I used 14 gauge.

I'm going to add two kicker 8" to the mid deck between the seats. I can't see the sense in adding a sub yet. But my next step will most likely be an amp as the sound is much better than just the head unit power.
