Alltrax code 2 red flashes?
Went to look at a cart yesterday it is a 48 volt non PDS that has been upgraded from a lever shifter to a rocker switch with an alltrax controller.
What I Know original problem was cart lost forward and only had reverse soon after lost forward Customer then removed and cleaned all cables and replaced solenoid Then he had nothing and called me What I did Checked battery voltage had 53 volts Replaced a couple of wire ends and checked wiring Now Fwd and rev solenoids click when direction is changed. The cart does not move in either direction. The controller AXE4865 Will give me 4 green flashed (its) and 2 red flashes this indicates under temp.?? We are in Florida and I was sweating like a pig so I am a little confused by this code. Any help will be appreciated! |

Errant temperature fault codes usually can be cause by too much frame voltage... if that's not the case it may mean some fatal error has occurred
