That clutch is toast with those holes. You can buy the sheave I have rebuilt them, but now the price of it has gone way up its almost better to buy a new clutch than rebuild them. The weights are 90 for aftermarket or more and you should replace those too if you rebuild it.

So I ended up drilling the threads out in the clutch shaft and re-threading it to imperial. Used a rod with an imperial bolt and the rest of the clutch popped off easy. Got my first look at the crankshaft today took a picture, I'm gonna take the crankshaft and the cylinder to a local guy and get an opinion on it. Anyone have any comments on this pic?

Also I couldn't find a number stamped in the top but there was one on the bottom of the cylinder... said J3801, does that mean its already oversize?

That rod journal looks pretty blue and scorched..do they even make undersized bearings for it?
