Agreed with broken weight pull the cover off clutch and look at the weights of ones broke it will be obvious

Thanks guys I really appreciate the help. Im completely ignorant with golf carts. Is there any tricks for checking the weights. I don't even know what that is but Ill pull the cover and see if I can see. And how hard is it to replace the weights?

We are talking about a weight broken so bad, it could flip out the side, trying to fall out. It will be easy to see. Won't be sitting like the rest.

OK that is exactly it. there is a broken part, that arm that holds the weight is broken at the joint where it connects to the unit. It looks like these are pressed in can they be replaced or do I have to buy the whole unit?

Pins aren't pressed on there is a Allan head set screw holding them in you get buy one weight or get the kit that has all three weights and pins I'd recommend getting the kit chances are the other two weights are far from doing the same thing

But the pin where it is broke doesn't have allans How do I remove that pin?

"12" is what I'm talking about 2 on each pin of the inside of the "spider" and 2 on each pin on the sliding sheeve loosen both set screws and the pin will slide right out

Yes I found them after I sent my last post they are kinda hidden on the back side, they came out easily. Thanks for all your help. I got them ordered from Amazon for $43.00
