Just read your post on your starter switch I would make sure you wiring is all good. Some thing is shorting in the wire.

Sketski and CGTech, You were correct.
I switched A1 and A2 and it starts right up. Timing is fine now. Thank you!!!

The switch was backwards when I bought the cart about a month ago. It was running fine that way until it just quit starting 2 weeks ago. I put a new ignition switch in it thinking that was the problem but nope!

Not really sure what caused it to quit starting all of a sudden but it doesn't really matter. It's running great now!

Why would the wires being reversed throw the timing off by that much on a reversible engine? any theories?
