Default Guess This Part (Clutch Pieces)

Took the cover off the primary clutch, found two small pins laying some old grease. What are they? Machine seems to run fine. Just got it last week. 2001 G16.

Nylon. Bumpers for the weights? I see one remaining in one hole, other two fell out. What keeps them in? Do they matter?

Shall I also assume each of the three rollers should NOT have a huge flat spot worn in them?

You are correct. Those flat spots mean your primary clutch is about to get "stuck" full closed. You'll recognize it when the cart gives you whiplash / jerks when you try to start.
Start looking for either pieces or a replacement clutch.

Not a but site sponsor, but http://www.gboosttechnology.com/aboutus.asp sells steal rollers and pins kit I use them all the time. Classic case of primary clutch being over greased!

Rollers have to work right, it will make cart run much nicer. It takes long time to wear them out.

What happens if I use it this way for a bit longer? Does anything else get any more worn out than it is already? Just got the cart, would like to give wife and kids some rides before tearing into it straight away.

Sure you can run it, eventually it will fail so don't go too far away. I guess you could try a film of grease on the rollers/weights for temporary use.

Plowman's kit is by far cheaper... and he is a sponsor!

Unfortunately, not easy to order, only by phone!
