what do you make of this wear marks and is the micro switch wired correct ? Should the blue be on the bottom ?

That switch wiring is not right, you should use the N.C. and the COM tabs.

It should be the tabs on each end of the micro-switch.

it came down the the f/r switch . removed it from cart and took it apart, cleaned all the contacts and put on some dielectric grease in between . been good for a while now but when it goes bad again i'll replace it reverse contactors .

Another issue had to be that VGlide micro-switch which was wired wrong and would not allow the cart to work once the pedal was pressed.
