Got the both rear ends successfully swapped and the "old cart" back up and running. Only cost be a six pack.

Whew! reading this post brings back bad memories of swapping my Stock DS rear end and motor for a Axle Inc HD 2-sp and D&D Motor. I swear I doubled the weight of my entire cart with just those two new components. Scared me to death working with that much weight in my garage by myself using shade tree tools. Glad to see it went without a hitch for you!
