Default Installing New Brake Light Switch to Pro Fit Kit

Hi All. I have a 2014 TXT and recently installed a pro fit turn signal/brake light kit. I really can’t stand the “brake pedal” pad that comes with it, as I have big feet and can’t seem to make solid contact with the section of the brake pad in which it is bolted on. I want to swap it out for another switch that makes contact with the break pedal arm. Anyone have experience doing this and can provide pics of your setup?

Some time ago I searched and found a brake light switch that had a time switch built in so the light would turn off after a time when the brake was in "park". Can't seem to find it now but might be worth the search.
