Electronic pedal wiring and conversion

New to site. First time post
I have new pedal i purchased 01/18. The pedal has white and red wire. Was wondering if the white wire is the same as the yellow and red on newer or older Versions of this pedal. I am doing a conversion on a 92 ds club cart. Gutted all wiring and starting from clean slate. The parts list is as follows;
alltrax sr4800, sw202 F&R switch, 400 amp solenoid, new cables and wires.

That is an electronic throttle 0-5v so You need to set the Alltrax for that throttle type.

Do not try to guess the connections, look up the model number.

Two of the wires are 48v input power.

Two of the wires are just a dry switch for foot pedal (Controller KSI input).

One of the wires is a 0-5v signal output for the Controller J5 terminal (J4 is not connected).

Where would I look it up? So it won’t work in a 36 volt system? Do you think i should purchase a new one?

Can you post a better picture of the throttle label, it is hard to read the info on the current picture?

There is a conflict between the diagrams. M - cable going to sw202 in one diagram and in the other going to a1 on motor. Not sure what to make of this

The most critical part is that Motor S1 and S2 posts are connected to each side of the Contactor where the top and bottom posts are bridged with the L bracket.

Just use the last diagram that is for an electonic throttle.

If Your Reversing Contactor has magnetic blowouts, which are indicated by having a large + near one of the top posts, make sure the posts on the + side are the ones connected together with the buss-bar and place the cable from Controller B+ on that connection.

In your last diagram that means swap where cables 3 and 4 connect to the Reversing Contactor.

Sorry for confusion, so the pedal wiring would go according to the last diagram? The white wire would be the same as the yellow?

Everything I could find for that throttle is written in Chinese, so unless it came with a wiring diagram, you better test the wires.

With everything disconnected from the throttle, test the continuity between the Blue and White wires.

You should have continuity the instant the pedal clicks and it should remain at 0Ω (no changes) while you press the pedal all the way down.

If that checks out OK, connect the Red and Black wires to your pack voltage.

With you meter set for DC volts, Measure the voltage on the Green wire as You press the pedal to make sure you get approximately 0v with pedal UP and it goes to 5v with pedal all the way down.
