Main welded code
I have had this issue in a cart before but solenoid replacement always fixed it. So far replaced solenoid, f/r switch, cleaned all connections at controller,checked for proper wiring at solenoid. Strange thing it seems to happen when lights are on. Could be coincidental. Heard of CC false code but what else could it be?

Assuming a Series cart.
Without pressing the pedal but with the FNR in forward, measure the voltage on the "pre-charge" resistor with the lights OFF and then ON to see if there is a change. Make sure the Solenoid is only clicking when the pedal is pressed and not when the light is turned ON. |
