Faster in reverse
My cart seems to run better in reverse. Forward seems a bit hesitant. But reverse jumps right up to speed. Any ideas what might cause that? I put a new belt on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Forgot to mention forward will get to speed but at first start it seems to drag a bit. Also the cart is a 95 ds with the kawasaki engine. I believe its a 290.
