Re: EzGo TXT PDS issues
Should it be full pack voltage, all the time? Or vary depending on pedal position?

Re: EzGo TXT PDS issues
The two wires to the pedal switch connect to J4 Pins 1 & 2. One has steady B+ on it the other has switched B+ on it. B+ should not vary with pedal position unless a lot of amps are being drawn from battery pack. If the battery pack isn't fully charged (38>2V) or close to it, the voltage drop per 100A will be more.
If you have two DVMs available, measure battery pack voltage with one and the pedal switch voltage with the other, the ought to match no matter where pedal is as long as pedal is pushed far enough for switch to engage. |

Re: EzGo TXT PDS issues
Update.
Problem was fixed. I started through the voltage confirmation above, and after confirming a few of the voltage readings, starting up front, I decided to put a controller in it and it fixed it. Thank you all for your time and help! |
