Default Alltrax error code

So, Ive got my cart all back together running a allttrax. I was having a problem getting the unit to power up, well, thats fixed. I replaced the foot pedal microswitch as per scottbs' suggestion and now I have an error message ..I'm getting 2 green with 6 red blips which tells me that I have" Low Throttle Under range",
What does that mean? How do I fix it?

From the Alltrax web site:

Note 2: Low Throttle range is the pedal “at rest OFF pedal position”

The throttle could be faulty
Wiring/connectors
Incorrect throttle set in the program
Otherwise, Clear throttle auto-calibration and try again

I would try the last one first.

You need the Alltrax tool kit software (free download) on a PC and a USB printer cable to connect to the controller.
The error is suggesting the signal is not correct from the go peddle when it is in the full up position.
Confirm at power up the controller gives 4 green flashes indicating it is set for the ITS throttle. Coming from Scottyb this should be correct but check anyway.

Since you got this from CU it's probably best to contact them for installation issues.

Thanks for your advice. shoudda mentioned, I do get the 4 green blips b4 the error and the error is when the pedal is fully depressed. Does that change anything?

Doing the auto-cal is treating the symptoms rather than solving the problem.

Measure the voltage between the black and white wires going to the ITS sensor. Should be 10V when pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click and 6V when pedal is on floor.

Thee most likely culprit is the 4-pin in-line connector that connects the gray cable from the pedal box to the four wires going to controller, solenoid and wiring harness. Replace it with individual butt splices or soldered connections.

Connect the black wire from the solenoid's small terminal on the bottom in the picture, to the B- terminal on the controller. That is needed to complete the solenoid activation circuit.

It looks like he is using the Controller provided SOL- for the coil negative activation.

Isn't there a wire missing from the FNR limit switch?

I missed that, just saw the ring terminal not connected to anything.

Yep, there does appear to be a missing wire on the upper microswitch. The green wire with the wirenut on it should be connected to there.
