Longtime Lurker, First time posting. 2010 Precedent Options

Hi and Thanks all. I've enjoyed frequenting this site over the years and have read some great information. It's why i keep coming back!

Which brings me to my first post.... I have a stock 2010 Precedent (w/ MadJax rear seat) 6x8 48v and my family enjoys the heck out of it!

So I am reaching out for thoughts on what you guys would do first with a stock cart?

I'm thinking a 3-4" lift with new tires and rims would be my first choices or should i go with a navitas controller and make a "sleeper"?
