Starting of my bumper's.
from flat metal to a bumper.The back one will be the rear bumper with a receiver. The front peice is the start of the winch mount front bumper that will be shaped to the contour of the cart. |

Thank's Sabercat.I'm still learning fab work.It is nice to have access to a fab shop at work.They get tired of me asking all the time,so I now ask them how to do it,and then I get to try doing the work on my own...
Not pretty but it will be SOLID..lol..I'm still working on the welding part.. |

if you're welding the alum diamond plate there and its your first time, just so you know, its finiky!
i made a cover for my rear bumper on my g9, but had somone else weld it. |

Here's the lift kit installed.
This will be around the genral stance that it will have.. And we're looking at around 17 inch's of clearance..Good enuff for me.. Working out some idea's. Now all the finish work.Detail's,Detail's,Detail's...Just a few weld's to finish,the winch mount,and the bumper's and then it will be time to tare it all back down for powder coating.. |

This may be a dumb question but why did you drop your swingarm surport? Is it because of amount of lift. Im doing the same on my g9 thank you
