1988 2pg top speed
what should the top speed be on a 1988 2 stroke 2pg ,i am getting about 21-22 mph.

Sounds about right. I can get around 25 with my 87', but that's with 22" tires and a short belt. I would suggest not to run at full speed for any length of time, or it will blow up. When I go any distance, I run around 15 to 18 max. I just try and find a good smooth rpm to run at.
