Default Accelerator Cable

Its been ages since I've worked on a gas EZGO as you are about to tell by this question ...how do you install the throttle cable in the pedal box on a late 90's workhorse? This cart I'm building didn't have one so I bought a replacement cable and I dont know how you get the nut through the hole going into the pedal box if the nut won't come off the cable?

Wait a minute..I got it. The hole was big enough to shove the nut through with some leverage and then I made washers so it wont come out. Not sure if that's the factory way but it worked.

Well it's actually that stretch limo I was telling you about a couple weeks ago. I finally got a day off to work on it. I held off explaining in the start of this thread what it is because I thought it might confuse somebody as to why I am trying to put a workhorse throttle cable in a ezgo limo and the engine is not factory nor is the rear end and at one time it was electric and not even a limo. So much easier for me just to say; Help its a late 90's workhorse.
