1989 gas engine rebuild
Hello everyone,
I am new to this site and look forward to communicating with you guys. I bought a 1989 gas ezgo, the motor was disassembled in a box. I bought a complete engine rebuild kit, head, pistons,crank,ect. does anyone have a rebuild manual that you can scan and send me? You can email it to me at dkallek@troydm.com |

Click on the ez go gas tech sub forum link just below the ez go header. There is tons of info including full engine manuals, rebuild guides/specs and wiring diagrams. Hope it helps.

Hello and welcome!
The engine rebuild it a pretty simple and fun job! I replaced the top end of my 77's engine and it went very smooth. The materials I used are posted in the thread ez go go mentioned. Feel free to ask questions, be a little goofy, and pictures, pictures, pictures! Looking forward to hearing your progress.  |
