1996 EZ-GO repair manual
Does anyone have a link to a 1996 EZ-GO repair manual for a regen, DCS cart? I am replacing the motor and controller with more powerful units and could use the guidance the manual would offer.

well, i am removing and replacing the stock motor and controller with a higher speed and torque motor, the d&d 5021 and a 500 amp controller, along with a heavy duty solenoid. just thought it would be beneficial to have the repair manual as well. it seems, everytime i go up a hill with my golf cart, the solenoid gets very very hot and eventually burns out because the motor gets bogged down. have you seen or heard of this before?

A controller and solenoid upgrade will help this situation. A new motor is not necessary but, nice.
